ABOUT US

Watassa Management owns and manages apartments, retail, mixed-use and condo association properties in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Watassa Management’s affiliated development and investment groups enable us to use our unique skill set to maximize each property’s cash flow. We not only maximize the current cash flow with superior operation, but also work to identify and execute property improvements from minor cosmetic improvements to gut renovations and additions in order to increase future cash flow and value.

Watassa Management differentiates itself by providing an extremely personal experience for our clients, owners, investors and tenants. Each month, in addition to a detailed financial statement, each client receives a personalized summary of the month’s operations for every property in their portfolio. In addition, we have provided detailed analyses to our clients in order to identify opportunities to cut expenses through water-saving fixtures, solar-thermal (hot water) systems, and renovations to add and/or expand units in buildings, enhancing owner cash flow. Working with our tenants in our older buildings, we have successfully identified and improved infrastructure, services and amenities (to decrease property expenses) to the mutual pleasure of both the tenants and owner. Watassa Management maximizes your current property cash flow while achieving your long-term investment goals. We look forward to working with you.
